Repair Charges and Refund Policy

All repair charges, diagnostic fees, labor costs, and component replacement charges are non-refundable upon service completion. Pricing and turnaround time may vary based on component availability, market fluctuations, repair complexity, and device condition assessment.

Comprehensive Warranty Coverage

We provide warranty coverage for replacement parts, components, and repair services based on quality grade and specifications as communicated during initial consultation and service agreement. Warranty coverage is limited to paid services and replacement components, and excludes coverage under the following circumstances:

  1. Component-Related Issues: Complaints unrelated to the specific spare parts, components, or modules replaced during service
  2. Pre-existing Damage: Devices with documented history of liquid damage, water exposure, corrosion, or moisture infiltration as disclosed to customers during initial assessment
  3. Post-Repair Mishandling: Physical damage including cracks, bends, dents, impact damage, drop damage, or compression damage occurring after repair completion
  4. Screen Protection Limitations: Scratch-resistant glass, tempered glass protectors, or screen films showing deep scratches, gouges, or penetration damage
  5. Third-Party Interference: Devices serviced, repaired, or modified by unauthorized repair centers, independent technicians, or service providers other than SmartLife Mobile Phone Repair LLC or our authorized partner locations

Important Service Acknowledgment: By utilizing our services, you authorize SmartLife Mobile Phone Repair LLC to perform diagnostic testing, repair work, component replacement, software troubleshooting, and necessary modifications on your device. You acknowledge that SmartLife Mobile Phone Repair LLC is not an Authorized Service Provider (ASP) for any smartphone manufacturer, tablet producer, laptop brand, or electronic device company.

Manufacturer Warranty Impact: All repairs will void or affect original manufacturer warranties, including but not limited to water resistance ratings, IP certification, dust protection, manufacturer service eligibility, and official support coverage.

Data Backup Responsibility: Customers are strongly advised to create complete data backups, sync cloud services, and secure personal information before repair services, as all repairs are performed at customer risk regarding data integrity and recovery.

Warranty Duration: Warranty periods vary based on component quality, repair complexity, and customer selection:

  • Premium Grade Components: Up to 24 months warranty coverage
  • Standard Grade Components: 3-6 months warranty coverage
  • Basic Grade Components: 30-90 days warranty coverage
  • Diagnostic Services: Inspection warranty only (no replacement coverage)

Device Collection Policy: All repaired devices must be collected within 30 days of repair completion. Customers will receive automated notifications, email reminders, and contact from our customer service representatives. SmartLife Mobile Phone Repair LLC reserves the right to dispose of uncollected devices after this period without liability or compensation obligations.

Service Limitations and Technical Constraints

SmartLife Mobile Phone Repair LLC strives to provide optimal solutions for customer device issues. However, certain limitations apply, particularly for:

  • Physical Damage Repairs: Devices with severe impact damage, structural compromise, or multiple component failures
  • Liquid Damage Recovery: Water-damaged, moisture-exposed, or corrosion-affected devices
  • Legacy Device Support: Older models with discontinued parts availability or obsolete technology
  • Software Complications: Firmware corruption, bootloader issues, or system-level software problems
  • Component Compatibility: Cross-brand part compatibility or non-standard component configurations

Performance optimization, functionality restoration, and feature operability cannot be guaranteed for severely damaged devices. SmartLife Mobile Phone Repair LLC shall not be held liable for performance limitations, functionality restrictions, or operational issues resulting from factors beyond our technical control. All repair services are provided with genuine intention to restore device functionality while acknowledging inherent technical limitations.

Modification of Terms and Services

SmartLife Mobile Phone Repair LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify, revise, or replace any portion of these Terms of Service.
